Benoit Daridan Cheverny Rouge is a fresh, crunchy, dry red wine hailing from the Cheverny appellation, located in France's Loire Valley. The wine is a majority blend of Pinot Noir, supported by a small proportion of Gamay. Following the harvest, the grapes are destemmed before undergoing a fermentation in concrete vats at cool temperatures to create a lightly extracted, delicately aromatic red. Part of the wine is aged in oak barrels for around 2 months before being blended and bottled ready for release.
