Benjamin Leroux's tenure at Domaine Comte Armand in Pommard since 1999 elevated its reputation as one of Burgundy's top winemakers. He extended his winemaking expertise to négociant activities, crafting high-quality white wines under the Comte Armand label. Setting strict vineyard standards, selecting harvest dates, and leading his team ensured the same meticulous care as with the domaine's wines. To safeguard Comte Armand's legacy, he established Maison Benjamin Leroux in 2007 with an investor, expanding his négociant ventures. Leroux's focus remains on enduring collaborations with growers committed to natural and ideally biodynamic vineyard practices, resulting in exceptional red and white wines. Future plans include purchasing vineyards in the Côte de Beaune, with initial acquisitions in Bâtard-Montrachet and Meursault plots.
