WINE DESCRIPTION
Ben Ami Chardonnay is a soft, fruity dry white wine from the Galilee region of Israel. The winemaking process involves a cool alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats to help retain the delicate fruit aromas of Chardonnay. The wine is aged for a short period in inert vessels, without seeking to impart oak spice, to create a fruit-forward style. This kosher-certified wine can be served lightly chilled to enhance the vibrant tropical fruit character. It can be enjoyed either on its own, or with lightly seasoned poultry dishes.

Ben Ami Chardonnay shimmers in the glass with a pale golden color.On the nose, this Chardonnay presents aromas of ripe tropical fruits, such as pineapple and mango, along with hints of candied citrus peel. The palate is greeted with a medium body and well-integrated, soft acidity that helps to offset the ripe, tropical flavors of juicy pineapple, zesty lemon, and sweet mango. The finish is clean and relatively short, but it nevertheless leaves a pleasant impression.
