WINE DESCRIPTION
Becker Landgraf J² Spätburgunder Rosé BIO is crafted from young vines and early harvests from vineyards in and around Gau-Odernheim, Rheinhessen. This organic wine features a delicate bouquet of strawberry and raspberry, complemented by a well-integrated, creamy acidity. Made entirely from 100% Spätburgunder, the wine is fermented in stainless steel after a short maceration period of 6 to 12 hours. The must is left unclarified, fermenting spontaneously with natural grape yeasts. The wine matures on its lees until bottling, preserving its purity and complexity.
