WINE DESCRIPTION
This supple and full-bodied white wine is crafted through a traditional winemaking process. Grapes are pressed before settling to achieve clarity, followed by alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperatures of 20°C to 24°C (68°F to 75°F). Malolactic fermentation, racking, and fining complete the process. The wine benefits from the chalk and marl soils, and the continental climate, characterized by cold, dry winters and hot, sunny summers. Aging on fine lees in vats enhances its complexity and depth, resulting in a refined and elegant wine.
