WINE DESCRIPTION

Barton & Guestier Sancerre is a Sauvignon Blanc based wine produced in Sancerre, in the Loire Valley. The vines are grown in chalky limestone soils that helps impart a chalky minerality to the wine. Fermentation takes place in inert vessel at controlled temperatures to preserve the freshness and varietal character. After completing alcoholic fermentation, the wine is aged on lees in vats before bottling.
