Baron de Seillac Blancs de Blancs Brut is a refined sparkling wine crafted by Les Vins Bréban in the picturesque vineyards of Var. Made from 80% Ugni Blanc and 20% Colombard, this cuvée is the result of meticulous collaboration with dedicated partner growers. Following precise guidelines, including careful harvest timing, low-temperature vinification, and specific yeast selection, the wine undergoes a second fermentation—“prise de mousse”—lasting 60 days. It is then aged on laths for three months to develop its elegance before release. Crisp, fresh, and versatile, Baron de Seillac embodies the charm of southern France and is a delightful choice for celebrations or casual enjoyment.
