WINE DESCRIPTION

Baracchi O'Lillo! Rosso is a red blend typically consisting of roughly equal parts Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Merlot. The grapes are sourced from thirty hectares of vineyards located in four sites within the Cortona, Tuscany. The grapes are harvested and vinified separately in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats to preserve the distinct varietal character of the individual grapes before the separate components are blended and aged for a short period in inert vessels to allow the wine to harmonise.
