Banfi L'Ardì Dolcetto d'Acqui is a vibrant expression of Piedmontese winemaking, crafted with 100% Dolcetto grapes from the rolling hills of Acqui. Nestled in calcareous-clay soils, the vineyards benefit from low trellising and the Guyot pruning system, ensuring optimal fruit quality. With a planting density of 4,500 vines per hectare and yields carefully limited to 80 quintals per hectare, the focus is on creating a wine of balance and character. Fermented at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks and aged in steel until the spring following harvest, this wine highlights the freshness and approachable style Dolcetto is known for. Perfectly poised, it embodies Banfi's dedication to tradition and innovation in every bottle.
