WINE DESCRIPTION

Balboa Mith is a bold and powerful, dry red wine from the Walla Walla Valley located within Washington State, on America's Pacific West Coast. The wine is typically a predominant blend of Cabernet Sauvignon that provides rich blackcurrant fruit and fine-grained tannins. A proportion of Cabernet Franc contributes hints of violets, whilst a touch of Merlot lends plummy fruit, chocolate and a round mid-palate. The individual cultivars are usually harvested and vinified separately, before being matured in oak and blended prior to bottling to harmonise the flavors.
