Bursting with berry fruit aromas complemented by a subtle spiciness, the palate offers a meaty richness with a distinctive green olive undertone. Sourced from vineyards nestled in deep red soils, ensuring optimal water retention and enhancing the wine's structure and complexity. Following a two-day cold soak, traditional skin fermentation, and malolactic fermentation, the wine matured in French oak staves for 10 months.
