Baia's Wine is a unique blend of two indigenous Georgian grape varieties, Tsitska and Tsolikouri. The wine is produced by Baia Abuladze, a young and talented winemaker, this wine comes from the Imereti region of Georgia, which is known for its fertile soil and mild climate. The vineyards are located at an altitude of 500 meters above sea level, where the grapes benefit from cool nights and warm days. The wine is made using traditional Georgian winemaking techniques, including fermentation on skins in qvevri, large clay vessels buried underground. This results in a wine with a beautiful amber color, complex aromas of honey, dried apricots, and bergamot. Baia's Wine Tsitska-Tsolikouri is a perfect example of the unique and ancient winemaking traditions of Georgia.
