The well-balanced Red Blend Swartland WO from the Coastal Region is primarily composed of Cinsault, Garnacha, Syrah, and Tinta Barroca grapes. Thriving in optimal conditions, these vines delve deep into granite-rich soils. Harvested solely by hand at the perfect ripeness, the grapes undergo careful sorting and gentle crushing upon arrival at the winery. Fermentation occurs in concrete and large wooden vessels at controlled temperatures. Subsequently, the wine matures for 16 months in 1200-liter oak barrels.
