WINE DESCRIPTION
B Cellars Blend 25 is a marriage of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah, a blend popularised in Australia, which combines the spiciness of Syrah with the blackcurrant and herbal character of Cabernet Sauvignon. The grapes are sourced from both the valley floor and hillsides vineyards within the Napa Valley, California. The grapes are typically harvested separately to allow each variety to achieve full ripeness, before they are crushed, fermented and matured in oak barrels. The wines are blended and allowed to harmonise before they are bottled ready for release.
