Linchetto is a distinguished wine from Azienda Agricola Valle del Sole, crafted in the charming region of Lucca, Italy. This unique blend features 65% Sangiovese and 35% traditional Lucchese varietals, including Moscato Rosso, Aleatico, Ciliegiolo, and Colorino. The vineyards, situated at an elevation of 100 meters with a south-southwest exposure, provide ideal conditions for ripening. The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo manual crushing with traditional maceration techniques. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks with indigenous yeasts at controlled temperatures of 24-26°C. The wine matures for several months in steel, preserving its fresh and vibrant character. Linchetto is celebrated for its elegant balance and expression of local terroir, offering a nuanced and accessible profile.
