WINE DESCRIPTION
Aurélien Verdet Bourgogne 'En Lutenière' is produced by Aurélien who established his own estate in 2008. He focuses on the vineyards and follows organic principles. His wines are fresh and linear maintaining a consistent character of pure crystalline fruit. In the cellar, the vinification is 100% whole cluster. He presses as gently as possible seeking to produce delicate and ethereal wines. Fermentation occurs with the use of indigenous yeasts and no sulphur to produce complex, terroir-expressive wines produced with a decidedly light touch.
