WINE DESCRIPTION
Aubert Chardonnay UV-SL Vineyard is a wine produced by Aubert Wines from Sonoma Coast appellation. The vineyard is located at Stoetz Lane and named after the late vineyard manager Ulises Valdez Sr. The vineyard is planted with old Wente clones on the classic deep Goldridge sandy soils of the region. The wine displays incredible ripeness and is powerful while also being razor-sharp with crushed rocks, mint and citrus peel giving it its distinctive energetic, focused feel.
