WINE DESCRIPTION
Mark and Theresa Aubert founded their winery in 1990 with the aim of creating white and red wines from the typical Burgundian grape varieties, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, that could rival the best wines from Beaune. Mark, a graduate oenologist from the University of California, started his winemaking career at California's most prestigious Burgundy producer, Peter Michael Winery, before moving to Colgin Cellars. Eventually, he and his wife established Aubert Wines. Since then, their white wines have become some of the world's rarest and finest Chardonnays, setting a high standard in the wine industry.
