WINE DESCRIPTION
Astrolabe Province Pinot Gris is sourced from all over the Marlborough region, located on New Zealand's South Island. The grapes are gently pressed, with only the lightest pressings fractions retained. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures to allow the vineyard characters and purest varietal expression to come through. The wine is bottled soon after completing the fermentation in order to retain vibrancy. The resulting wine is redolent of orchard and stone fruit with a firm core of acidity that brings freshness.

Astrolabe Province Pinot Gris has a bight pale to medium gold appearance.On the nose, lively aromas of ripe pear, white peach, and floral notes leap from the glass. These delicate scents are complemented by hints of citrus, adding a zesty and invigorating touch. The palate of this wine is beautifully balanced, with a medium body and a fresh acidity that brings balance and energy to the wine. The flavors of juicy pear and stone fruits take center stage, accompanied by subtle hints of honeysuckle. The finish is moderate in length, but remains pleasantly dry and crisp.
