Ardhuy Meursault 'Les Pellans' is an elegant, delicately oaked Chardonnay from the Meursault appellation in Burgundy, France. The 'Les Pellans' vineyard is planted with old vines on clay limestone soils, located next to the 'Charmes' Premier Cru. The winemaking process involves gentle pressing of the grapes and vinification in oak barrels, resulting in a rich and complex texture with notes of cinnamon and vanilla. This Meursault pairs perfectly with fish and poultry served with cream and butter based sauces.

Ardhuy Meursault 'Les Pellans' presents a pale to golden hue on pouring.On the nose, it burst from the glass with aromas of ripe citrus fruits, such as lemon and grapefruit, along with hints of white flowers and toasted hazelnuts. The palate shows excellent concentration of flavors, with layers of lemon rind, crisp apple, and a touch of acacia. The fruit flavors are balanced and invigorated by vibrant acidity provides, while the creamy texture adds depth and richness. The wine is relatively persistent, culminating in a mineral-tinged finale.
