WINE DESCRIPTION
Aphros Phaunus - Palhete is a unique and refreshing wine produced by Aphros Wine, a winery located in the Vinho Verde region of Portugal. This wine is made from the biodynamic vineyards of the estate. The vineyards are situated on granite soils and are surrounded by lush forests, which impart a distinct minerality and freshness to the wine. Manual harvested, crushed and destemmed fruits. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeast in amphora. Aged on lees for 7 months, resulting in a crisp and vibrant wine with notes of red fruits, citrus, and a hint of salinity. This wine is perfect for those who enjoy a light and easy-drinking wine with a touch of complexity.

Light, elegant and refreshing dry red wine, with subtle notes of sour cherry, Indian spices and eucalyptus on the nose.On the palate, wine is juicy and pleasant, with flavors of red fruits and a hint of pine. Moderate alcohol makes this wine very easy to drink. Enjoy it slightly chilled, it would ideally match your summer picnic and grilled meats and vegitables.
