WINE DESCRIPTION
Antonin Rodet Bourgogne Pinot Noir is an attractive regional-level wine, showcasing the varietal character of Pinot Noir, whilst maintaining the elegance and delicate earthy style characteristic of Burgundy. The grapes can be sourced from anywhere in Burgundy, which allows the producer to maintain a level of quality from year to the next. The grapes are crushed and fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with a period of maceration on skins to create a gently tannic red that can be enjoyed in its youth. Maturation occurs in oak barrels for around 6 months in order to soften the tannins and round out the mouthfeel.
