This light pink sparkling wine is a blend of 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay grapes.The wine comes from Franciacorta (Italy) and is made in the same way as champagne. It undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle and ages on the lees for at least 36 months. This gives a pleasant perlage with aromas of red fruits and a soft finish. This rosé from Antica Fratta goes best with a fish dish. Drink now, or keep for another five years.
