WINE DESCRIPTION

Antech Réserve Blanquette de Limoux Brut is a traditional method sparkling wine come the Languedoc region of Limoux. The local variety Mauzac alongside Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay are handpicked. Grapes are then direct pressed before initiating a first fermentation in stainless steel vats under controlled temperature. Blending and second fermentation in capped bottles then aging on lees for around 15 months to gain delightful bready and pastry aromas and a luxuriously textured creamy mousse. This Brut style wine offers a harmonious balance of crisp acidity, vibrant fruit flavors with a hint of yeastiness.
