WINE DESCRIPTION
Anita Nittnaus is a female winemaker based in Austria's Burgenland region. The wine comes from Jois wine plots on the slopes of the Leitha Mountains. The wine is made using biodynamic farming practices, and the grapes are hand-harvested and fermented with indigenous yeasts. The resulting wine is aged for more than 12 months in 500-liter barrels.
