André Brunel Est-Ouest Côtes du Rhône is a blend of predominantly Grenache with a small proportion of Cinsault and Syrah. The grapes are sourced from two plots located to the east and west of the Rhône (Est-Ouest). On arrival at the winery, the grapes were de-stemmed and crushed. The alcoholic fermentation took place in temperature controlled tanks. Finally, the wines was aged in inert vessels to preserve the freshness and purity of fruit before being bottled for release.
