WINE DESCRIPTION
This Riesling comes from Central Otago, made by organic Amisfield winery from the grapes of their estate vineyard. Central Otago in known for being very sunny and rather dry wine region, which allows to produce wines with good concentration. Grapes for this wine are hand-picked and carefully managed to ratin fresh fruit character. Fermentation took place in stainless steel, and the wine remained on its lees for a couple of months to gain better structure. With its crisp acidity and natural sweetness, this Riesling offers a refreshing and delightful experience. It is a perfect choice for those seeking a wine that effortlessly balances fruitiness and elegance.
