Amiot Guy Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru 'Les Demoiselles' is a highly sought-after white wine that showcases to quality potential of top-end white Burgundy. Located next to Cevalier Montrachet, Les Demoiselles is a Premier Cru rated vineyard. The site lies on a steep slope with good exposure, and thin topsoil over limestone which forces the vine to struggle and focus on ripeness. The end result in concentrated, linear, and mineral style of Burgundy with understated French oak in support. This is an excellent example of the best of white Burgundy without the price tag of the Grand Crus.
