WINE DESCRIPTION
AmByth Estate Grenache is a premium wine produced by AmByth Estate, a winery located in Paso Robles, California. The vines are dry farmed yielding richly concentrated grapes that are hand harvested in the morning to retain freshness. Berries are gently foot stomped and then fermented on the skins for around 2 weeks. Once fermentation is complete, the grapes are pressed off and maturation lasts for 3 years in large Terracotta Clay Amphora and small neutral oak barrels.

This AmByth Estate Grenache is a deep and brooding wine with a complex nose of strawberries, red plum, licorice, white pepper and smoked meat.On the palate, this full-bodied red offers a supple texture, supported by round, well-integrated tannins. Alongside the fruit flavors, the wine exhibits a mineral character suggestive of smoke and gun flint. The wine is balanced with fresh acidity and notes of strawberry jam and spices coupled with dried herbs that linger on the dry, savory finish.
