Wine Description:
Amaurigue Fleur de l'Amaurigue Côtes de Provence Rosé is a blend of Grenache and Cinsault hailing from Provence. This rosé is made night harvesting grapes at low temperature. Winemaking in direct pressing with short maceration and 15°C heat-regulated low temperature fermentation to extract the aromatics. Natural cold clarification, with one single filtration before bottling with the aim of conserving and respecting the varietal aromas of the grape varieties to produce a delightfully fresh rosé brimming with red fruits.
