Alta Luna Pinot Noir offers the pinnacle of Pinot Noir from Italy’s Dolomite Alps foothills. This region’s ideal climate and terroir produce grapes of exceptional quality, resulting in a wine of elegance and depth. Hand-harvested grapes undergo traditional fermentation with 6-7 days of skin contact in stainless steel, followed by refinement in stainless steel and brief aging in French oak barrels. This process, including malolactic fermentation, imparts complexity, softness, and balance. The wine boasts a seductive bouquet of ripe red berries and subtle spice, with a silky, refined palate.
