WINE DESCRIPTION

GX is a dry red wine crafted from organically grown Garnacha Negra grapes sourced from ALTA ALELLA. Following destemming, the grapes undergo a maceration and fermentation process for 15 days at 22°C in stainless steel tanks to preserve maximum fruity aromas. Subsequently, the grapes are gently pressed, and after completing malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wine is promptly bottled. This meticulous production method ensures the preservation of the wine's natural character, resulting in a delightful expression of Garnacha Negra and highlighting the commitment to organic viticulture by ALTA ALELLA.
