WINE DESCRIPTION
The Domaine Allimant-Laugner, established in 1965 following the marriage of Mariette Allimant and René Laugner, has a winemaking tradition dating back to at least 1500. Today, Hubert Laugner, the 11th generation winemaker, manages the 12-hectare estate in Alsace. The vineyards stretch along the slopes of the Rhine. The family's Gewürztraminer is a prime example of its variety, brimming with vitality and aromatic character. The warm summer days in this region help the grapes to ripen, while the cooling breeze from the river preserves delicate floral notes and freshness, ensuring balance and finesse.
