WINE DESCRIPTION
Aliança Vinho Verde is produced by one of Portugal's largest and most progressive producers with 600 hectares spread across estates in five regions from Douro in the north to Alentejo in the south. Winemaker Francisco Antunes oversees what must be one of the most diverse ranges in Europe with a gift of creating approachable, modern wines with fresh fruit. This Vinho Verde was hand-harvested with whole bunches of grapes being pneumatically pressed. The must is stored at low temperature and without fermentation throughout the year. The fermentation of the must is carried out as needed, the wine to be fermented when there is demand ensuring the wine is always fresh and elegant.
