Alfasi Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon is a captivating creation from Chile’s prestigious Alfasi Winery, located in the acclaimed Maule Valley appellation. Crafted with care from hand-selected Cabernet Sauvignon grapes planted in fertile, rich loam soils, the vines thrive under ideal conditions, rooted deep for exceptional quality. Yielding a low 2 tons per acre, these mature 30-year-old vines produce intensely concentrated fruit, harvested early to preserve the wine’s signature vibrancy and character. Winemaking at Alfasi is an art, with fermentation taking place using native yeasts and aging for 14 months in 20% new French oak, imparting depth and finesse. The wine undergoes full malolactic fermentation and lees stirring, which elevate its complexity, creating a refined and irresistible expression of Chilean terroir.
