ÖKO Malbec is made predominantly from Malbec with a touch of Bonarda. The grapes are sourced from vineyards that are sustainably farmed using organic practices from the Mendoza region of Argentina. The winemaking process involves selection of the grapes, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks with a short period of aging in inert vessels prior to its release. The resulting wine is a soft, fruit-forward, varietally-expressive Malbec.

Accūro Malbec is a pure expression of Argentina's flagship variety grown in Mendoza. The grapes were handpicked from two vineyards located near Tunuyan in the Uco Valley. At these higher elevation sites, the grapes develop thicker skins and retain acidity better, creating wines with higher levels of tannins, more intense fruit flavors and higher acidity. Typically, the wine is aged in oak barrels for around 9 months and then bottled where it is allowed to age further prior to its release.
