NOTES FROM VINOVOSS SOMMELIER
The Airfield Estates Vineyard Salute Bombshell Red offers notes of ripe blackberries, dark cherries, and plums, intertwined with hints of black pepper, cedar, and a touch of tobacco.Upon the first sip, the wine is full-bodied in nature, with velvety tannins that coat the palate. The flavors are intense and well-balanced, with luscious dark fruit notes of blackberry, black cherry, and plum taking center stage. These flavors are complemented by subtle hints of baking spices, dark chocolate, and a touch of violets, adding depth and complexity to the wine.
