WINE DESCRIPTION
The perfectly ripened grapes are carefully selected while still on the vine. Once in the winery, they are cooled to 10°C and macerated on the skins. Following this, a gentle pressing takes place, and the grapes undergo temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The aging process for this pure Albariño also occurs entirely in stainless steel, preserving the wine's fresh, vibrant character. This meticulous approach ensures that the Albariño retains its crispness and aromatic intensity, resulting in a wine that is elegant, refreshing, and true to the varietal’s essence.
