Adanti Montefalco Rosso is a tannic, structured red from Montefalco appellation in the Italian region of Umbria. After fermentation, it is matured for around 12 months in large oak barrels to soften the fiercely tannic Sagrantino resulting in a powerful and complex wine dominated by savory notes and red and dark fruit.
