Adami's Cartizze cuvée carefully selects Glera grapes from the hills of Cartizze in the Valdobbiadene appellation. These vines, situated on south-facing slopes at approximately 205 meters above sea level, grow on a sandstone base with loamy soils, allowing the grapes to express their full character. Adami's Cartizze is aged on the lees for three months, presenting itself in a golden robe with fine bubbles. On the nose, it offers dominant notes of apple, apricot, and pear. This wine is harmonious and elegant, culminating in wonderful freshness, with an incredibly soft yet crisp palate feel.
