WINE DESCRIPTION
Abacela Grenache Rosé is produced in the Umpqua Valley appellation of Oregon. It is made from Grenache grapes that are gently pressed to prevent extraction of excessive bitterness. The wine is fermented in stainless steel vats at cooler temperatures in order to retain purity of fruit and delicacy of aromas. The wine undergoes a brief period aging in inert vessel aimed at homogenising the flavors to produce a vibrant, unoaked, fruit-forward rosé.

This Abacela Grenache Rosé has an attractive salmon pink hue.It has aromas of juicy raspberry, white peach, and pink grapefruit. On the palate, this wine is light and crisp, with lively acidity that provides plenty of freshness and lift to provide contrast to the flavors of strawberry, stone fruit, and white pepper. The finish is dry and clean, with a pleasant acidity.
