We offer free shipping on orders of $200 or more. For orders less than $200, there is a delivery charge of $25.00 for standard shipping on the entire order.
Shipping method
We ship our wine via UPS or FedEx. Orders are shipped within 1 business day and normally arrive in 3-5 business days, depending on your distance from the wine merchant.

We place extra care in packaging your wine so it is safe for transport from us to you.
- Special packaging - Your wine will be carefully packed in protective packaging designed specifically for wine bottles, ensuring it arrives safely to your door.
- Insulated from weather - In addition, the wines are packed in insulated foam/pulp inserts help buffer temperature swings.
- Drinking window - When prepping your order, we’ll check if the bottle is safe for consumption.

Tracking orders
When your order is shipped you will be sent an email with tracking information. You can also make an account to view your order history and for access to personalised wine recommendations and promotions. Someone aged 21+ will need to sign for the order.
