Return Policy

VinoVoss operates as a marketplace platform. We do not sell, ship, or fulfill orders for wine directly. All products listed for purchase on VinoVoss are sold and fulfilled by licensed third-party wine merchants. When you place an order through VinoVoss, you are transacting directly with the merchant responsible for the sale, delivery, and customer service of that order.
By placing an order through VinoVoss, you agree to the following:
  • All sales are final. Due to legal and regulatory constraints on alcohol, returns are not accepted.
  • If a product is damaged or incorrect, please contact us at support@vinovoss.com  within 3 days of delivery. We will coordinate with the merchant to evaluate the issue and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at the merchant’s discretion.
  • Merchants reserve the right to reject or cancel any order, including when a product is unavailable or cannot legally be shipped to your location.
  • An adult aged 21 or older must be present with valid ID at the time of delivery.
  • All payment transactions are processed securely through our platform on behalf of the merchant.
  • Fulfillment timelines, shipping methods, and any applicable taxes are determined by the merchant fulfilling your order.
VinoVoss is not responsible for shipping delays, pricing discrepancies, merchant availability, or dissatisfaction with the product received. We may assist with dispute resolution, but ultimate responsibility lies with the merchant. By completing a transaction, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this marketplace model.
