Santa Cruz Valleys

Located in the north-east of Bolivia this region features tropical forests and mountain with deep hillside valleys where the vineyards are planted to capture the suns rays. This is an emerging region withn Bolivia.

Planting are small with 600 hectares split amongst 80 growers who supply 5 wineres. The thick skinned grapes Syrah and Tannat make the best reds. The aromatic Torrontes is the dominant white grape.
