Batiki

Batiki is a white grape producing low alcohol wines, and low acid wines. This has made it unpopular, and it has been mainly used in Retsina blends. It's a highly productive variety, yet susceptible to fungal diseases, making grapegrowing challenging.

Batiki has white colour. Information on aroma, and taste of Batiki is limited due to its small production.

Batiki is mainly found in Central Greece, in the Tyrnavos region
